🔄 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags and packaging are attached
• No stains, perfumes, or signs of wear

What you can exchange:

• ✅ Wrong size — exchange for another size (subject to availability)
• ✅ Wrong color — exchange for a different color (if available)
• ✅ SALE ITEMS INCLUDED — unlike other stores, we let you exchange sale items too

💰 Refund Policy

Dropyard offers store credit or exchange for returned items:

• Store Credit: Full amount as store credit, valid for 6 months
• Exchange: Swap for another product of equal or higher value (pay the difference)

🚨 Defective or Wrong Item?

💸 Exchange Shipping

• For size/color exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping to us
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we ship the replacement FREE
• For defective/wrong items: We cover BOTH ways

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Custom or personalized products
• Accessories worn once (hats, socks, etc.)
• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Items returned after 14 days
