Orders are dispatched the same or next working day. Delivery timeline:
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-3 working days
• Other cities: 3-5 working days
• Remote areas: 5-7 working days

🔄 Can I exchange my order?

Yes! You can exchange your item within 14 days if:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• You contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM

We now allow exchanges on sale items too — your satisfaction matters more than terms.

💰 Do you offer refunds?

We offer store credit or exchange for returned items. This ensures you get exactly what you want without hassle.

📦 What if I received a defective or wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos. We'll arrange free replacement and pay for return shipping — no questions asked.

🧵 What material are your products made of?

Our tees are made from 100% premium cotton (210-280 GSM depending on the style) for a soft, heavyweight feel. Our hoodies use 80% cotton, 20% polyester blend (400 GSM) for maximum warmth and comfort.

🎨 Will the colors fade after washing?

Our prints and colors are made to last with proper care. Wash inside out, cold water, no bleach, and hang dry. Small color variation (±10%) may occur due to screen settings.
